Fast, friendly and helpful I showed up late in the afternoon at Jack Ellena with a dead battery, no appointment and a business meeting to get to ASAP. They came out to the park I showed up late in the afternoon at Jack Ellena with a dead battery, no appointment and a business meeting to get to ASAP. They came out to the parking lot so I could leave my car running without worrying about it being stolen. Since I had been there before and was willing to leave the car, they just drove it into the service area for me and checked it quickly. Next morning they called me (pulling my phone number from the service record) to OK the work about 8 a.m. and it was done soon after. I had asked them to call my wife to pick it up and they DID. The first time we went in when shopping I told the salesman we were just looking had not decided on a car he asked some questions we test drove two vehicles and then he asked our timeline and said great we will see you then. No hard sale to buy right then I really appreciated his respect of our time. Only reason not a five star experience was delivery. He said he took the car to have it cleaned for delivery. They did not take any of the stickers off the car. Looked like they just quickly hosed the car off and drive it back around. When I got home I had to remove stickers from the mirrors, windshield and the main window. More
