I had researched the car and lease price I was looking for very well and was told that the dealership can match what any other dealership can. After being told later on that the lowest price cannot be mat for very well and was told that the dealership can match what any other dealership can. After being told later on that the lowest price cannot be matched, I was given price and term options. When I agreed and came in to purchase the car the price seemed higher and I was told that this car had a price increase.I also chose a 39 month lease vs. an 18 month lease which was on promotion, because I was told the 39 month lease was less. Five days after my purchase I was told by the dealership that I was previously inquiring that they can give me the same care for significantly less. Additionally, the lease term for an 18 month lease was much less than that of a 39 month - the opposite of what you told me. When I inquired about trying to make some type of accomodation to recognize the other dealerships price, the response was full of excuses that the price increase of the car I got was not realized at the time of sale. That was not true as I explained above. In addition, when attempting to make a gesture of courtesy, I was offered free maintenance service, which was of no value to me. I felt that this was a way to just get around the situation and not being straightforward. In addition, the dealership purchased my car. Firstly, I was offered $200 over the Carmax appraisal by the other Infiniti dealership. I assumed taht this dealership would do the same, however when I asked I was told that the only the actual Carmax appraisal amount would be given. I was told that it would take approximately 7-10 days to receive my check. This transaction was not a trade-in, and I gave a clear title at the time of sale. This should have been no different than the sale of any vehicle anywhere in which case you should have made payment at the time you took my car. I then did not receive my check for 20 days, only after I had to call to inquire what had happened to it. More

I must say, I visit car dealers at least once each year. The Sales Team and Management Team at JBA are truly exceptional. They did not try to skimp on my trade in price, they gave me a great deal on my new The Sales Team and Management Team at JBA are truly exceptional. We've had the pleasure of working with JR twice now and both times, he has been very professional and courteous. It's a service job so no matter what there is a wait but when JR said the car would be done both times, he has been very professional and courteous. Although it's a dealer and prices tend to be higher, the quality, the atmosphere - very nice waiting area, and overall professionalism more than makes up for it. Will be returning. More
I recently purchased a used G coupe from JBA Infiniti in Ellicott City MD. My experience all around was truly exceptional. I thoroughly researched the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase 2 weeks prior to stepping foot inside the dealership, so I knew what I wanted and I was ready to buy. My sales person, Tyrone Carr, was personable and delivered great product knowledge. He immediately directed me to several vehicles of interest within my price range. Tyrone accompanied me on a test drive of the car I eventually purchased and provided a complete tour of the dealership grounds including the showroom, customer service lounge, and service department. After deciding on the perfect car, we were able to reach a more then fair price which was on par with Kelly Blue Book value and competing dealership prices. The Finance Manager at the time, Ricky Thompson, was also cordial and efficient in processing my deal. Now 3 months later I have brought my car in 3 times for regular service/detail and continue to experience outstanding customer service. Needless to say I am a very satisfied customer and I plan on purchasing from JBA Infiniti again in the future. More
I met with Rich a year ago while thinking about trading in my FX35 for the QX56. After test driving I realized I preferred the FX35. Rich kept in touch with me and emailed me about specials for a new FX3 in my FX35 for the QX56. After test driving I realized I preferred the FX35. Rich kept in touch with me and emailed me about specials for a new FX35, but I decided to wait a bit. A year later I was ready and emailed Rich about coming in again. Rich got back to me right away with some pricing and set up an appointment for a test drive. He was very helpful and honest with price negotiating and explained all the new features while I test drove the car. On the day of pick up, things went very smoothly and Rich spent about an hour showing me how everything works in the car and helping me set things up. Rich was great to work with, as was the finance guy John, who was not pushy at all like finance guys tend to be. I feel JBA gave me a great deal on a great car and Rich Robbins made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Thanks Rich! More

Great experience, Rich encouraged me to drive all the models I was interested in. He was also understanding when I switched choices at the last minute.
