I do my homework and have checked into various other dealerships, but what has always had me return is the sales people, their friendliness and knowledge of the product. I have had nothing but good experience with my Mazda's since I purchased my first Mazda 3 for my daughter in 2011, a Mazda 6 for myself in 2012 and a 2016 Mazda 3 for my other daughter. This lease is for my first daughter on a 2017 CX - 5. Again, after looking at other brands, it is the Mazda that we went with; big reason is the people that made us feel important, knew the product, were honest and accommodating. Also, the price was right, though we could have gotten similar vehicles for about the same price. More

Excellent Dealership Experience After doing thorough research on the type of car I wanted to lease, I then arrived at Irwin Mazda in Freehold, N.J. with more than a little trepidatio After doing thorough research on the type of car I wanted to lease, I then arrived at Irwin Mazda in Freehold, N.J. with more than a little trepidation since I had never leased before or had any history with Mazda. Within minutes after meeting Gwen at the front door when I walked in, all my angst evaporated. She was extremely personable, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. She was never pushy and took all the time I needed to answer my questions. And when I did make my final decision, she went out of her way to procure the exact model I wanted. I could never overstate what a great asset she is to that company! Also, thanks to Mr. Irwin who took the time to meet me the first day and offer his help. When the day came to pick up the vehicle I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie from the finance department. He made the whole process quite painless! Oftentimes, these transactions can be lengthy and laborious, but with his efficiency and sense of humor, I felt at ease and was able to choose the correct lease for my needs.
