Excellent service. Very knowledgeable service advisor. My 19 year old Subaru Forester runs very well due to the great care it gets from this dealership. Very knowledgeable service advisor. My 19 year old Subaru Forester runs very well due to the great care it gets from this dealership. More
The person that stepped in to help us was Habib Chaaya. He was friendly and patient. He took the time to review the different choices in the cars we were looking at. He was great and we got our car today. He was friendly and patient. He took the time to review the different choices in the cars we were looking at. He was great and we got our car today. More
Always a great experience when my car needs servicing. The staff are great! Yvonne always greets me with a smile. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The coffee and snacks are perfect. Michaela was absolutely wonderful! Quick, knowledgeable and the concierge level service - she’s fantastic! The waiting area could have used more snacks (anything catered to people with Quick, knowledgeable and the concierge level service - she’s fantastic! The waiting area could have used more snacks (anything catered to people with allergies would be fabulous) and the waiting room needed chargers, but it was overall nice. I liked it here a lot. More
BUYER BEWARE, MAKE SURE TO READ YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY! I went to IRA for an oil change and tire rotation, which I do about every 10,000 miles. I planned to use the $50 Oil Change coupon, which is how I bo I went to IRA for an oil change and tire rotation, which I do about every 10,000 miles. I planned to use the $50 Oil Change coupon, which is how I booked my appointment, the "I have a coupon" option. When I arrived, Nadege tried to sell me a 60,000-mile service for $900 when my car was only at 54,000 miles. I told her I was recently laid off and could barely afford the oil change and tire rotation my car needed. She quoted me $109 and told me that she couldn't input the coupon on the iPad so it would be less than that. When they did the multi-point inspection, she called to tell me I absolutely needed my cabin air filters replaced – something I had done myself not even a full month prior. The video of my multi-point inspection shows the mechanic pulling out a pristine air filter. I rejected the additional service. When I came to pick up my car, she handed me the paperwork and told me it would be $160. I asked her why it was so much when I was quoted $109, and she told me it would be less with the coupon. She acted like she had no idea I had a coupon and told me I should have told her that when I arrived. She reprinted the paperwork this time it came out to ~$104. I, again, asked her why it was so much. She asked me how much I thought it would cost, and I told her the last time I got my oil change/tire rotation it was about ~$75. Given that she quoted me $109 and told me it would be much less, that's how much I expected it to cost. She told me that labor costs had gone up since my last appointment. I understand that so I paid. When I went to my car it was covered in a white powder and I did not get my guaranteed free car wash for life, which was frustrating. When I got home and compared my paperwork with my previous oil change/tire rotation, I noticed that she did not bill me for an oil change/tire rotation but a 54,000-mile service package. When I called to ask about it she told me the service package costs more but is essentially the same work. I asked her why she billed me under that and she told me it was the way the appointment was scheduled. When I told her I still have my confirmation email and can prove that is NOT how my appointment was scheduled, she immediately retracted and offered me a refund. She told me she had to get it approved by her supervisor and would keep me in the loop. Two weeks later, I followed up and she told me submitted the refund request and that she'd follow up with her director. She has not replied to my attempts to contact her since. I would have preferred to handle this directly with my service advisor or the dealership but neither will return my messages. But, they keep asking for reviews so here it is. It has been SEVEN weeks since my date of service. Please contact me to get this sorted out and I will change my review. More
