Sleazeballs The particular dealer I dealt with (named Bentley) is the definition of a sleazy car salesman and is completely untrustworthy. He is a flat out liar. The best car buying experience ever My daughters car had died a natural death after 16 years of faithful service. So I did some online shopping and was impressed with the pricing being o My daughters car had died a natural death after 16 years of faithful service. So I did some online shopping and was impressed with the pricing being offered by IG Hyundai. We made the trip from Southern Wisconsin to the cities to see her and went shopping. We pulled into the lot and we knew we wanted an elantra so we wandered over that way. We ran into Hung Nguyen and he asked right away if we had been helped? When we answered no he apologized a couple of times and while showing cars to another customer he helped get a test drive going. He offered a couple different ones to test with different features sets, no pressure yet just friendly suggestions. To make a long story short the experience with Hung Nguyen and IG Hyundai was awesome. Came out of there feeling more like a partner in the purchase instead of a just another customer to make a buck off. I'm seriously considering making that drive (5 hrs) for my next purchase down the road. More

Matt Wiegand greeted me quickly after my arrival. Mr. Wiegand was courteous and professional, going out of his way to find out if I qualified for any of Hyundai's discount programs (i.e. Veteran or Student discounts). At his suggestion, I test drove both an Accent and an Elantra. Both cars were excellent and fun to drive, I wound up leasing the Elantra; it offered me a lot more car for a mere $10 more per month. Overall I had an excellent experience at this dealership. More
