Great Dealer !! I just purchased a car over the weekend and had a great experience dealing for a car over the Phone . The sales agent Melissa Hadler was super patient, professional and extremely helpful with my many calls, questions, emails, and texts. she was very attentive to detail something that many dealers I visited are lacking. I arranged a deal over the phone based on sales agent total description of the car and was completely satisfied at the accurate and detailed description of the car. next I took a flight from Chicago to Inver Grove Hyundai and was picked up at the airport by Melissa. The dealer stayed open after hours as my flight was delayed nearly an hour. Mike P the Finance manager and Melissa were fantastic throughout the whole time and I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure I left with a smile on my face. I don't know if it's coincidence but, both Hyundai dealers I have visited have had great sales people and great reviews. I can't say the for the 6 other dealers I visited these past 2 months.
