Made an appointment almost two weeks ago for an oil change. The service employee gave me a clear quote (including taxes) and even mentioned that he would guarantee it. Said it would same oil as last time. I drop the car of today. When I dropped it off today I mentioned that quoted rate and she said not a problem. When I picked it the bill went from the $39 agreed upon price to $61. It is THAT simple. Instead of acknowledging the conversation and confirmation that we had when I dropped it off, she just kept trying to justify it. And the Manager of the Service department joined it. Just kept trying to break it down. More

This was our first time at this dealership and I highly recommend going there--everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bill has extensive knowledge and experience with Toyota hybrids--is the expert there. I would encourage anyone interested in a hybrid, to go to him. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me better understand the hybrid. I thought I wanted a hybrid when I went there, and I KNEW I wanted a hybrid after my first visit there, even before driving it! Purchasing a vehicle is hard and involves so many decisions and I appreciated all the help from Bill and from Ericka Thompson, business manager (she is stellar and fun to work with!). I also was treated kindly by sales managers Jim Bechtold and Becky Webb and met the friendly manager of the service department.
