I had a wonderful experience Spotted the car I wanted in the lot on a Sunday. Came back when the dealer was open. The salesman came out to the lot right away to serve me. everything at par I purchased a used Toyota Camry at this dealership. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. I felt like I got a fair deal for both my used car and my trad I purchased a used Toyota Camry at this dealership. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. I felt like I got a fair deal for both my used car and my trade in vehicle. I did not get a full tank of gas however on the used vehicle. It seems like the person who answers the phone calls and the sales floor staff are not communicating well. I made an appointment at 3 o'clock for 5 p.m. appointment. I then got a reminder call at 4:30 p.m., even though I just made the appointment an hour and a half earlier. While I was purchasing the vehicle, the front desk lady called and asked me how my visit was. She did not realize I was purchasing the vehicle. I feel like that front desk staff should communicate better with the sales floor staff. She also told me to ask for a person that was not even working when I arrived. More
