Based on my prior research, I knew I wanted a Prius and I knew how much they're worth. I was ready for a test drive, but I was not excited to deal with a slick salesman. (We all know the stereotypical wheelin' and dealin' car salesman.) However, I soon realized that Seth did not fit the stereotype I expected. Highly recommend! We were not going to even go to International Toyota to test drive a new Highlander because of past "bad" experiences with previous Lakeland Toyota. We first went to a dealership in West Bend even though it was quite a bit farther to drive to. We were not happy with the pricing,etc, so we decided to stop in at International Toyota the following day and see if anything changed with the new ownership. We were pleasantly surprised! John Granacker was the best car salesman we have ever worked with! He was very informative and low pressure, which is very important to us. We will definitely go back and ask for him when we are ready for another vehicle. We felt we were quoted a fair price, and the whole process was smooth. It's wonderful to have a dealership like this in close proximity to us, because we have gone to Fondulac, Appleton and Milwaukee in the past to find what we now have right here! Highly recommend!!!
