I have been taking my Hondas to this location for service since 1998. This is only the second time I was furious when I left. I usually deal with Marshall (who is no longer there) or Jeff Mcneeley -- and the since 1998. This is only the second time I was furious when I left. I usually deal with Marshall (who is no longer there) or Jeff Mcneeley -- and they are amazing. This time, I worked with a newer service agent, Jadon. He told me new brakes all around would be 2.5 hours. It ended up being 5 hours. Now...I can understand waiting a bit longer...things happen. But the fact that my CR-V was brought up front, and I waited 30 minutes before going to find Jadon and ask what was going on...this is unacceptable. He finally came to find me in the lobby and told me he had been helping someone look at new cars. If I ever bring my Honda back to this facility all the way from Cloverdale, IN -- I will only work with Jeff. I am still fuming over how much time I wasted waiting on service while my agent worked with a car buyer. Is that even his job? More

I was in and out in a timely manner. I would have rated a 5, but once again they put a reminder sticker in my window saying to change oil when it is at 15%. That doesn't pertain to my older car.
