I was very displeased with my service appointment. During a 1 hour appointment I noticed 4 employees were not wearing masks while walking around and communicating with people, I also witnessed 6 other people a 1 hour appointment I noticed 4 employees were not wearing masks while walking around and communicating with people, I also witnessed 6 other people inside that were not wearing masks. No social distancing. Very disappointing for a public company to not follow or enforce the mask policy posted on their door. The waiting room is quite small and being pregnant I did not feel safe coming here. Will not be back again, I will make the drive to Ed Martin Honda or Honda of Fishers where safety measures are being taken. My service guy was following safety rules and oil change was routine. More

The car was making a front end clunking noise on rough roads. Indy Honda drove the car, heard the noise, conducted an inspection and recommended replacement of several suspension components. I was very dissatisfied. I was told that I needed all my brakes replaced for a cost of $1100. I requested to just have rear brakes done. When I picked up the car, I was told that now the rear brakes did not brakes replaced for a cost of $1100. I requested to just have rear brakes done. When I picked up the car, I was told that now the rear brakes did not have to be replaced until spring. Good thing I did not pay all that money to have the front brakes needlessly replaced! More
