This dealership had the car I wanted to purchase, a Civic sport Touring hatchback. Although you had the keys, the car wasn’t there. When the car was located, Gary held onto the keys until I got there the nex sport Touring hatchback. Although you had the keys, the car wasn’t there. Salesman and staff were friendly and the purchase went fine. Had to pay $1300 in taxes when registering the Ridgeline because they calculated the tax incorrectly. I asked them 3 times to be sure they ha fine. Had to pay $1300 in taxes when registering the Ridgeline because they calculated the tax incorrectly. I asked them 3 times to be sure they had it correct (this included the Finance person (Jason) and my salesman. It was a good experience at the dealership but I was very upset that I had to pay that when registering the vehicle because of their mistake. More

Salesman was great, however everyone else was very unprofessional. The finance department seemed to be very unorganized, and continually misspelled my name. During my visit I observed employees lookin unprofessional. The finance department seemed to be very unorganized, and continually misspelled my name. During my visit I observed employees looking at Tender and talking about how a woman was shaped, I overheard another employee shout his computer password across the dealership, and management in the floor couldn’t be bothered to handle customer questions but instead sent the salesman back several times after a manager was requested. Had this not need the only vehicle in stock in the area I would have walked away. I already had my financing and came to the dealership with a check and I was still there for several hours on both days I had to go to the dealership. I frequently buy cars and this was by far one of my absolute worst experience. More
