I will be in contact with you after we have our car back. It seems that since my review and letting the service manager know how frustrated we are, our catalytic converter has been "stolen". The week before when the mechanic got under the car to check the starter he said nothing about the converter missing. However the service manager has said Honda is not responsible as it may have been missing when we brought it in. As our quote went from $1600 (ignition and starter) to $4000 (now with converter), I can't afford any other things to mysteriously pop up. It seems very coincidental that the converter was "stolen" after our complaints with bad service. My review still stands. We brought our car in 10/4 (day my Dad passed away) and still do not have it on 10/20.

10/28/21- STILL no word on our car, what is going on, or when it will be done despite our calls. We have asked for our car back to take somewhere else and nothing has been set up. Have filed with insurance in stolen converter. As a business why is this OK???!!!?!!
