One of the worst experiences of my life. Stay clear of this place! Everything went wrong. The only positive I can say was our salesman had great communication. Our salesman was to handle all the paperwork for getting a loan, before the finance man comes in--in which I disagree with 100%. Our salesman should not have all our personal information including social security numbers. Our finance man said he could only get us a 2.04%rate for the loan. I found one, on my own, much better. Our credit is in the high 800's, and because he ran our credit with soooo many places, it dropped our credit score to the 700's. That was never mentioned to us. They called us to tell us our car was in and ready. We get there and that was not quite the case. Car was not detailed yet. They said another 1 1/2 hrs. Then come to find out, that guy had left for the evening. Sales manger was extremely rude to us, and the establishment is totally filthy. I am shortening this story. I will NEVER return to this place and I suggest to avoid them to save yourself a GIANT headache! More
