I received their response, as detailed below, and I then followed up as asked by calling the number provided by the General Manager. I spent 4 days calling and leaving messages, as each time the dealership stated the General Manager was not in the office. One call of which I was told would be hand delivered to him. I have yet to hear back. Make no mistake that it is apparent that this dealership likes to respond to negative reviews by portraying to the public their concern and their desire to reconcile, but in fact it is all just smoke and mirrors. They refuse to return my calls and obviously have no desire what so ever to provide meaningful, trusting and quality customer service. They will see this review, as they did the first. It's up to them to contact me directly to discuss this. If they do so, I will make it a priority to correct the record and convey to readers of these reviews. Original review on Sept 22, 2019: I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited 4X4 for a not-so-inexpensive price of >$25,000. Seemed to be a fair price. I was told by the sales rep John Weaver that the Jeep just went through service prior to me wanting to purchase. So feeling confident after driving and being reassured everything was looked over, I bought it. Woke up the next morning to a puddle of differential fluid in my garage. The front inner seals were leaking heavily. Went to use the rear window washer with wiper and water was shooting out of the pump under the hood. Inspected it to find a broken fluid line in plain sight near the break master cylinder. One day after purchasing, the check engine light came on. Diagnosed the problem from the engine code which revealed it was a bad thermostat. Explain to me how a vehicle has dripping fluid, broken hoses, and a check engine light, when it just went through their service department. I spoke with John about the seals and I was told "Oh I'm sorry to hear that", with no offer to correct the issue. So within the first week of owning this vehicle, I spent nearly $1,000 in repairs. This was suppose to be a dealership that works with USAA for disabled veterans (which I am) to provide affordable, well conditioned vehicle options. I will never return to this dealership again. I will also let every acquaintance I come into contact with, not to trust this dealership. Not to mention, I will be contacting USAA to let them know how this dealership treats its customers. Excellent Service Went in for a routine maintenance and received my car back within 2 hours with a wash. Did not expect such I high end service but well taken care of. Explained all the service required and initially when they couldn’t take care of it all, they made room to do all the maintenance in one day under 4 hours. Very impressed! More
