Scheduled cargo rails install and brakes to be inspected and serviced if needed. Not only did service take over 1 1/2 hours longer than quoted, but was told brakes were 90% shot on rear right but would not and serviced if needed. Not only did service take over 1 1/2 hours longer than quoted, but was told brakes were 90% shot on rear right but would not be able to do work until end of day. Could not leave van the entire afternoon, so left. Decided to get a second opinion (thinking would be needing to replace brakes) and was told brakes were wearing evenly and had at least another 25,000-30,000 miles of wear left on the brakes. Now wondering if the work "needed" on our Hondas over the last few years was really "needed." More
