The person who sold me my car was not knowledgeable, told me that he doesn’t care about making sales, and couldn’t care less that I was interested in buying a car. In fact, he seemed annoyed and kept rushing the process of getting things done quickly. I appreciate efficiency but not when it’s only out of pure annoyance. I could tell he didn’t care about his job but I needed a car. He also screwed me into a huge monthly payment because he misled me on the finance portion. I told him I was a first time buyer and I thought this dealership would help me understand the process better. I asked the right questions, but he fed me the wrong answers. I wish I listened to my gut instinct and had gone home. More
My brother first sentence to your dealership to get a vehicle due to my vehicle being crashed into. Yes, it was a used vehicle I got but it has been a great vehicle. I only take it to your service center for its upkeep because of the way both I and my car are treated. Because Of the way they treat and work on vehicle I will continue until I have no other choice but to get another one. Indy Honda no longer honors the vehicle service contract (VSC) that the Finance Manger pushes and sells at the time of vehicle purchase. Their business practices have really deteriorated since the passing (VSC) that the Finance Manger pushes and sells at the time of vehicle purchase. I was told service was going to put new tires on the vehicle before i picked it up. I was lied to and was told they put new tires on the vehicle. When i got it home the tire pressure warning light ke vehicle before i picked it up. I was lied to and was told they put new tires on the vehicle. When i got it home the tire pressure warning light kept coming on. I took it back and the service tech told me tire pressure fluctuates with the outside temperature. I never heard such a thing in my lifetime. So they took a second look and found a nail in the tire.. The service tech was trying to get me to believe the temperature was affecting the tire warning light, if i had not questioned they wouldn't have taken a better look. I can't believe the lies and bs I was told.. Then i had a question about the title and Ki has never answered me back on that. More
