Vehicle not cleaned at all: lots of dog hair and old French fries, lint and interior windows not clean. A bait and switch was attempted twice with my documentation, day of purchase and two days later when I returned for the missing documents. I was given an envelope with the contract, each time without the documents. When I inquired of why certain documents were not included I was asked "why do I need them". I reported one amount of income, the salesman input twice that amount on original paperwork to be submitted to finance (I caught this and the salesman crossed it out). More

Communication isn’t very good. I’ve left messages for multiple service reps and my calls have not been returned.
