I do not normally write reviews but this is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Imports because my teenagers keep wrecking the cars. I know they will have a quality replacement vehicle under $5000.T vehicle I have purchased from Imports because my teenagers keep wrecking the cars. I know they will have a quality replacement vehicle under $5000.The paperwork you sign is a little harsh but I understand when you sell cheaper vehicles it is necessary. I will be back hopefully not to soon but definetly recommend Imports. More
Recently just purchased a 99 Camry for my son. Looked around on the internet, autotrader, craigslist, etc, kept seeing Imports pop up for cheap cars. I was a little uncertain given its city location, bu around on the internet, autotrader, craigslist, etc, kept seeing Imports pop up for cheap cars. I was a little uncertain given its city location, but I was surprised by how clean the place was. Ben was my salesman and although they wouldn't budge on the internet price, i was still happy with my purchase. He was a pretty nice young man. Yea they had a lot of cover their butt paperwork, but in the end all is well. More
William is a nice guy but overall the dealership is a steroetypical "slimy" car lot. It was difficult to get my calls returned. I asked for the car to be serviced before the purchase, the manager told me steroetypical "slimy" car lot. It was difficult to get my calls returned. I asked for the car to be serviced before the purchase, the manager told me some BS story how they took it to "their mechanic" and everything checked out ok. I drove my 2000 Porsche 911 off of the lot and nopt even five miles down the road the check engine light came on. This was the problem that they "fixed". I limped the car all of the way home to Indiana and the next day i drained the oil and pulled out the oil filter when I discovered that the oil filter was caked in metal particulates!!! Needless to say DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!! The engine is trashed and it is $24,000 for a new engine!! So now I am stuck with a $22,000 PAPER WEIGHT. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM!! NOT TO MENTION THE DEMORALIZING PART WHERE YOU HAVE TO HOLD UP A SIGN WHEN PURCHASING THE CAR SAYING THAT YOU ARE BUYING "AS-IS" AND WILL NOT RETURN THE CAR. I should have known better and stopped the transaction at that point. More
I recently bought a 2003 Honda Accord from Imports Ltd for my son. We saw the car advertised on Autotrader.com. We went on a saturday and saw Tim. He was nice guy and he was professional. He showed us for my son. We saw the car advertised on Autotrader.com. We went on a saturday and saw Tim. He was nice guy and he was professional. He showed us around the lot, and showed us a few other Honda's as well. They were a little firm on their "internet pricing" but I still knew I got a great deal anyway. I would go back to buy another car from them. More

I was given a few options of different cars, and was like, here we g happy with my purchase. I saw the car on there website and went in to see Tim. I was given a few options of different cars, and was like, here we go again trying to switch me like the other guys. I know my credit isn't the best, but I want what I want. In the end they came thru and got me into the car I wanted, my beast, my 08 Charger RT. If you are going to buy a car from them, ask for Tim, he gets it done. More

I had one concern with the vehicle over tires and met with the sales manager Rich who replaced both front tires. I could not have been happier. I will be back when my wife needs a car. More
I purchased a 2004 3 series BMW from this place in April of 2012. The day after I bought the car the fan went out. They did offer to fix it and they did, but left me completely stranded with out a car. I of 2012. The day after I bought the car the fan went out. They did offer to fix it and they did, but left me completely stranded with out a car. I told them that the car was my only way of transportation, and they said they would actually provide with a way home from work the day my car was towed to Midas, and they would make sure I had a way to get the car after it was fixed. They did neither one. Now, on June 26, 2012, I had a screw in my front tire, so my boyfriend and my brother were going to put the spare tire on. There was one problem, the spare tire that was in the trunk was not the right one for the car and it doesn’t even fit. I went back to Imports because my sales person told me during the sale that it came with a full sized spare tire and even showed it to me in the trunk of the car. They are basically telling me that I bought the car as is and they probably cannot do anything about it. I told them I bought the car as is, thinking and was told it had a full size spare tire that fit the car. They falsely misrepresented this to me. The day I went back up there to see if they would fix it, the President of the company, James David Cornelius, tried to intimidate me by basically yelling at me in the show room and then by calling the cops so I would just leave and he would not have to deal with the problem. Before he even spoke to me, I heard him yelling at one of his employees to go look at the tire that was in my car. It was obvious that he was already upset about the issue before I even said a word to him. He did not like the fact that I was not taking no for an answer from his general manager and decided he would try to bully me around. My sales person, Tim Deucey told me the car came with a full sized spare tire. They lied to me and now they do not want to fix the problem. I never would have bought it if I would have known I was going to have these types of problems. I will never go there again for a car. More
I bought a magnum May 2012 my salesman "Tim" was great. Before I went to Tim I had been to several car lots and they all gave me the the run aroud. I called Tim before I went to see him and he b was great. Before I went to Tim I had been to several car lots and they all gave me the the run aroud. I called Tim before I went to see him and he basically told me over the phone that he could get me in a car. When my husband and I arrived at imports ltd everybody was friendly and Tim took use on a test drive. It took them a while before they could get me approved for a car but it was worth the wait. The car we test drove was the car I wanted and Tim made sure we got to take it home. We was very satisfied with the price of the car. You could go to imports ltd and find u a nice used car for cheap. U also have to keep in mind its a used car lot so u might have sum problems with ur car, but they make sure they do all they can to keep you happy. Imports made this the best experience we ever had purchasing a vehicle. We give them two thumbs up. Thanks Imports ltd, Jamel & Ej!! More
I bought an Audi from these guys in August of 2011, and it performed very well, but it was badly hail damaged in the storms of this past April. What turns out to be the great part of the story is that the it performed very well, but it was badly hail damaged in the storms of this past April. What turns out to be the great part of the story is that the insurance settlement that I got for my car was MORE than I paid for my car from Imports, Ltd. - even after the $500 deductible. Imports has really good prices on the kind of cars I love to buy pr-owned: BMWs, Lexus, and Audis. The selection there is really cool, lots of different price points, years and mileage levels. Now, I'm taking my insurance money down to Imports to buy another, newer car. More
