I just want to tell all the guys there r really great I do appreciated all hard work and all the patience it took to find a car I have been all over st.louis everyone else told me no when Chris here at imp do appreciated all hard work and all the patience it took to find a car I have been all over st.louis everyone else told me no when Chris here at import said girl we r going to find u a car I wont stop until I do so and that right there meant a lot to me because the other lots just said well I cant help u might want to go to a buy here pay here lot. so when I walked up to my sales guy I asked him is this a buy here pay here lot he said no why would u want to do such a thing when they don’t even report to the credit bureau I said imp just desperate at this point he said girl u got a job we cant find u a car and that is what he and all the guys there did they found me a car and it only took a couple of days. SO thank u import LMT. For helping me and my daughter stay out of the cold. More
So far, I have purchased 6 cars from Imports Limited. Dependability is very important to me, especially when it comes to what my children drive and not only was each and every experience pleasant but also each and every car has been very reliable. I have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the salesmen and staff and when the time comes to replace any of our current vehicles I will definitely buy our next car from Imports Limited. More
Poor Customer Service. Vehicle was advertised as Poor Customer Service. <br><br>Vehicle was advertised as having a CD changer. Bought Vehicle. Before leaving the lot, they could not find CD cartri Poor Customer Service. <br><br>Vehicle was advertised as having a CD changer. Bought Vehicle. Before leaving the lot, they could not find CD cartridge. Put cartridge in upside down, got it stuck. Ordered new cartridge, 3 weeks later still no cartridge (Assuming they knew a cartridge would not fix the CD changer). After calling several times, finally received the new cartridge, did not fix changer. <br><br>When confronting the manager about the changer, how the sticker states that the car was advertised as having a cd changer, he responds with... <br><br> "Is there a changer in the car?!" I said, "Yes, but it doesn't work". He replied with, "Well there you go". <br><br>After raising my voice, and being asked to leave the lot, he left me a garuantee to pay $50 toward getting the changer fixed. In reality that $50 was asorbed just by having a person look at it. So there was no $$$ from the dealer to actually have it fixed, only looked at. <br><br>Their argument was the amount of money they lost on this wonderful car, by selling it at that price. That wonderful car cost me $3000 in breakdowns (Power steering pump, crank shaft, and breaks), in a 3 month period. And the bumber to bumber warranty which could be taken to any Lexus dealer... a joke. It could be taken there, but the warranty company only agreed to pay a fraction of the cost, and I had to hunt for a used part. I dropped my warranty, ate the loss of my cd changer, and my only satisfaction was knowing I would never have to deal with them again. More
