I have bought a lot of used cars over my life time and had some great experiences/purchases and had some horrible experiences/purchases. My latest experience with Import Auto Brokers was a very good experience. I came to the dealer wanting to check out a specific Acura they had listed on Autotrader. The sales person, Joshua White, was excellent. Upfront, without my asking, he went over the Carfax report with me and pointed out the car I was interested in had been in an accident. I so appreciated that since the night before, a different big name Infiniti dealership had attempted to hard sell me on a much more expensive used Infiniti without going over the Carfax report. I almost signed the deal on that car before I requested to see the Carfax report .... only to find out it had been in an accident. They tried to pawn off that fact...and their excuses were BS. Needless to say, they lost my business. Joshua on the other hand, not only went over the Carfax with me, he then proceeded to take me out on the best test drive experience of a used car that I have ever had. He drove the car first off the lot and put it through the paces, demonstrating its handling and braking capabilities that a customer may have been reluctant to do with a salesman riding with them. He then went over a car inspection, checking out all the functions of the car...checking the operation of the air conditioning, power sun roof, turn signals and checking out the engine under the hood and checking the trunk. Despite the fact the car had been in an accident, I was convinced it would be a sound purchase. The dealership was also very efficient in processing the sale and making it a painless. While Import Auto Brokers may be a small used car dealer, I had an "infinitely" better buying experience than I had at most of the large manufacturer dealerships. (pun intended) Only time will tell if my purchase proves to have been a good one, but it will not be because a dealer tried to knowingly sell me a problem. Hats off to Joshua and Import Autobrokers. Ask for him specifically. More

Awesome service I'd been searching for used vehicles for quite some time now. I saw something that sparked my interest at the Kia dealership at the Mall of GA. failed to put up my review, because this is highway robbery I hope I never have this experience again, I bought a Lexus IS250C and the bumper in the back is coming off, all by itself. The front bumper pulled away from the plastic cover, and it has been a horrendous experience. They don't take care of their cars and beware of them being so nice to you, I was suckered in but never again. I remember when Lex4less was in it's smaller spot, they took time to clean the cars, and made sure that the car was in excellent condition.. They have lost my business for ever, please don't trust Mullins or you'll be walking like the guy who left the last post. More
