BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK...purchased car on the way home noticed a vibration. upon insection the tranny mount nuts were missing, all drive shaft bolts loose and one missing. the dealer did not want to pay f noticed a vibration. upon insection the tranny mount nuts were missing, all drive shaft bolts loose and one missing. the dealer did not want to pay for and repairs. the rep i spoke to said i must have hit something and knocked them out????? stange as it seem they told me that a new clutch installed which could explain why they were loose/missing. dangerous to drive and still let it leave the lot. dealer does not care once you leave its your problem. Purchased a used car on 10/16/12. The sales person, Sean, was very helpful and friendly. The dealership had a number of nice cars. The Altima I purchased was priced very well for the mileage on it. Bought a BMW 335i from them a while back and they were very nice coming in, let me test drive the car and I liked it, but the process of buying it from these guys has been absolutely terrible. I got caught up in a few loop holes in the process of registration and working around things I had no experience and no control over and the Customer Service ABSOLUTELY SUCKED!!!! There were times I hated that I actually bought a car from them because I felt like as soon as I signed and they had my money they were not concerned with making sure the relationship was in tact as a paying customer. ALL issues were resolved and I'm very satisfied!!!! More

I visited this dealership with my family after driving 2.5 hours from Alabama and being lied to by another dealer across the street from them who said they had a Miata we wanted to buy for our son which w 2.5 hours from Alabama and being lied to by another dealer across the street from them who said they had a Miata we wanted to buy for our son which wasn't there when we arrived. We were helped by Ray who told us they unfortunately didn't have any Miata's but brought us into his office and searched on Autotrader locating 2 dealerships about 45 minutes away who did have several Miata's to choose from. He was also kind enough to call and verify that the vehicles were available and gave us the address and phone numbers of the dealerships. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service, I wish we could have bought the vehicle from you. More
Never been treated some rudely at a car dealership. There are ways to talk to a customer and belittling them and insulting them is not the way. Ray, the manager, brought us into his office and proceeded to deride us for not making a higher offer on his car and took personal offense that we even made the offer. I was shocked that a car dealership that had been in business this long, and probably have had other offers made, would so quickly dismiss a legitimately interested customer. It's perfectly fine if you have already priced your car competitively and have no room to go, but it is an OFFER, all you have to do is reject it. There is no need to be condescending and dismissive. We were willing to go higher for the price as well, but couldn't after being treated so poorly. I can't in good conscience recommend visiting this dealership if you value being treated with respect. Went in excited about the prospect of a new car, left completely astonished and upset at how a place could conduct business this way. The sale staff was nice however. Management is where this place lost its sale. More
While working overseas in afghanistan, One day I was browsing the net and noticed IAB on auto trader, looking for a used lexus and it seemed they had some really good deals. As soon as I returned home,I headed up there and purchased a used 2008 Lexus IS250(SAME DAY), very nice car and seems to have been well kept. I researched everything on it and with no damage reported on carfax and autocheck and both reported no problems. Ray was a great guy and just very down to earth, I was a little hesistant at first seeing his location and establishment and all and so was my girlfreind but looked anyways and found the car of my dreams, took it for a test drive and seemed fine, had it checked out at henessy lexus dealership in atlanta and no problems with there pre-owned inspection check, cost 400.00 but it just reassured me i was getting a good deal. Put 1500 miles on it before making my trip back overseas and no issues, absolutely will go back for a second round. And it is a take it or leave it place but who cares, a great deal is what you want. Check them out! Oh yeah, the bumper to bumper warranty was good too. More
We came up from Florida to purchase a vehicle. We called Jimmy (our sales rep) just the day before and asked him about the car. Everything sounded fine and the car had a clean 1-Owner AutoCheck with No Damage history. Jimmy was also able to secure rapid fast financing at an unbeatable rate. As we spoke on the phone, he walked around the vehicle telling us everything about it. When we went to the dealership the next day, there weren't any surprises. He gave us the keys to the car and told us to take it for a ride. We were buying an Infiniti and we noticed an Infiniti dealership really close to IAB. I called Jimmy up and asked if it would be okay to have the dealershup check it over and he told us that would be fine. The car checked out and only needed rear breaks, fluids flushed, etc. As far as the car went. It was basically the typical used car. No floor mats, no spare tire, no manuals, no maintenance history, and when we got home, the sleeve to the CD changer was missing however,there were two keys :) Jimmy gave us $155 to replace the tire and told us that there wasn't anything else he could do to help us. The gas tank was empty and the car hadn't been cleaned for a while and desperately needed to be vacuumed but, he told us that he was all in and that there was nothing else he could do. The Pros: Jimmy gave us great financing in a few hours (the day before our visit) Pros: The price of the car was good and the condition was as represented. The car was 1-Owner and never wrecked. They allowed us to take the car to the Infiniti dealer. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful and paperwork was smooth and accurate. No surprise fees or anything. They do charge a $299 dealer fee for a little back end profit. We drove 350 miles to Florida without ANY problems. The Cons: Take it or leave it attitude. They won't fill up the car with gas or clean it if it's dirty. If you want to use a credit card for down payment, they will tack on a 3% fee. Bottom Line: I would buy from them again if I could get an unbeatable price. More

I picked IAB mainly because of their good prices and their BBB high rating. I believe my salesman name was Ray. He was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions without being pushy. I bought a 3 year old car that was flawless. it had new tires and the paint and the interior where like new. The paperwork was handled very smoothly by the office staff. I called 2 days after the sale asking about an owners’ manual and IAB had one sent overnight the next day. I loved my experience with the dealership and I love the fact that everyone is friendly and willing to help even after the sale. I will be recommending IAB to everybody I know. More
Were not honest and didn't uphold thier warranty statement. I bought a used vehicle from them and it had very worn tires and a set of brakes that needed replacing. I had to take the vehicle to a factory dealer to get it fixed and they didn't honor their warranty. More
