Purchased a Lexus from this dealer...great experience Mike and Moon were great to work with. Moon as a really nice guy and his non-pressured sales approach was a nice change of pace. I found a few small issues with my car but they were more than happy to take car of them even after the deal was finalized. They called me to remind me that we forgot to put some engine cover fasteners under the hood, ordered a parking sensor replacement part at no charge and fixed it. Sure, I had to go back once or twice but it 's a small price to pay for a great deal and really great service. Thanks guys! More

I was on vacation in Maryland and I was going to fly home Charleston SC and I bought a 2004 Lexus GX470, and Ivory Corley was the best salesman ever. I was on vacation in Maryland and I was going to fly home Charleston SC and then drive back to Marietta GA the next day. I decided to change my flight and fly into Atlanta. Ivory came and picked my up from the airport. Talk about a gentle giant and a funny guy also. Thats Perfect! I drive ~50k annually so these types of dealerships are right in my wheelhouse. Prices were competitive across the few vehicles I looked at, with a few minor dings and maybe a scratch or two as you might expect. Not saying they don't have cars that are nicer than what I'm looking for, I may have overlooked those. Anyway, I enjoyed the car buying experience here at IAB so much so that I'll likely swing back through next time I'm in Atlanta and pick up a car for the wife. "Moon" (Russell Mullins) is a fun guy to do business with & I appreciate his negotiation style. After we shook hands on a price we could both live with and he passed me over to the accounting department, I also had a pleasant experience with Jenn. She had 2 or 3 cars she was working to get out the door, and it seemed that everyone was receiving excellent customer service. It's a cutthroat business IAB is in, but as long as Moon is in the house, I'll consider them my primary choice for the foreseeable future. ~ Nate Bryant More
