Was Skeptical But now a Very Happy Customer!! I purchased my car in June 2015, a 2007 Lexus LS 460L, from Import Auto Brokers. Before then, I have purchased all 3of my cars one particular dealersh I purchased my car in June 2015, a 2007 Lexus LS 460L, from Import Auto Brokers. Before then, I have purchased all 3of my cars one particular dealership (a “no haggle” dealership), so I was already use to a certain type of atmosphere. Well, I was lucky enough for my husband to consider to buy a “Luxury Car” for me, because I have never owned one before. My usually dealership really wasn’t in my price range where I needed it to be. I really didn’t have time to wait another month to find one so I had to step outside of my comfort zone. This was hard for me because, I like to stick with things that work for me. I never had any issues with this dealer but the pricing just didn’t work. Well, after looking and test driving many cars, I saw this one at Import Auto Brokers on the internet. I was very suspicious of the company and wanted to make sure I didn’t get a lemon and wasn’t taken advantage of. I had my husband take a look at the car before I did anything and he was immediately in love with it. He called me like he wanted to get the car TODAY. Well, I don’t do things in that manner, I must see the car, drive the car, be one with the car. Ran the Carfax and it did have a minor fender bender from the back but really had a clean record and everything looked good. So, I was put in contact with Russell, whom was very pleasant and nice but I was suspicious him too. I not only did I test drove the car but took in to my usual mechanic to get the ok on it. I really did want the car to check out because it was gorgeous, almost brand new looking. It was everything I was looking for, I didn’t have to settle for anything. My mechanic got back with me that same day and said, if it were him, he would buy that car, so there you have it. I begin working with my bank to get financed. That didn’t go as smoothly as I liked but it worked out. Me and “the boss” bumped heads a little bit, because I was suspicious of him too but all and all, he is a good guy. After buying the car, Russell contacted me and asked that I do a survey. Well, he is so nice, I wanted to do the survey right away, however, I don’t do things like that. I needed to have the car for a while, to see if I have issues with it. To be honest, I haven’t had any major ones and it is September. One issue I did have was the fact that the bumper was coming off. I was not happy at all about that but the same boss that I bumped heads with, didn’t hesitate to get that bumper situation taken care of, so that was awesome! I would have given them 5 stars but one thing I noticed was that, some of the touch up paint they used on the inside and out, to make it look soooo beautiful and new, faded within 2 weeks. But I did keep in mind that this is a 8 year old car and there will be some war wounds from use. I also didn’t like that the car was sold to me on E. This car take PREMIUM gas only, so that would have help to get a full tank of gas from the start. The car still looks and rides wonderfully. Also, I paid a little more than I should have for this car but that was my decision. I was a little pressed for time and didn’t want to wait another month for the perfect car. All and all, Russell has excellent customer service and my car looks and runs great. He is a genuinely nice guy and wants you happy with your purchase. Is this my go to place for cars? No. But will I hesitate to buy a car from them, absolutely not. Still do your diligence and make sure your happy with your decision but the reviews are true and you should consider them. More

He was great to deal with and responded immediately once he was brought in after I escalated the issue. More

Unethical Business Practices HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband traded his car in for one of Import Auto Brokers used vehicles. After taking the new vehicle home we receive a call tw HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband traded his car in for one of Import Auto Brokers used vehicles. After taking the new vehicle home we receive a call two days later from the finance manager saying that the amount of the loan and the 3.3% interest rate that we signed off on was not approved. He told my husband we could keep the vehicle if we signed a new agreement with 4.99% interest rate upon the conversation my husband asked if we would have to pay anything in order to get our trade-in car back the answer given was no. We decided to take the new vehicle back the following day since we had seen to many red flags from the first day we walked in. Godfrey(finance manager) and Fred(part owner) are not honest these imbecilic are frauds they will lie to you just to make you think that they are offering you a good deal I would NOT recommend their unethical business practice. When we get to the dealership in order to get our car back we had to pay them $800.00 which included: the mileage we used on the new vehicle, the 4 used tires they put on our trade-in vehicle, the car detail on their vehicle, and spark plugs (which they never replaced on our trade-in) after another character was involved she typed up a receipt that took her nearly 2 hours to type after we asked for it they said they only accepted a cashiers check no credit or debit for this kind of transaction so we had to go get a money order by the time we had spent 3 hours just waiting on Fred and Godfrey talking to their adviser over the phone my husband decided to pay them whatever just to get rid of these idiots. We will never consider buying from another dirty low down used vehicle dealership. I have already filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trace Commissioners Office. More

best saturday i had in awhile being as i work at the AFRC BASE i pass dealership on a daily basis. And there cars always look good. I have been to every dealership in area that sold pre owned luxery cars they beat every price and cars looked much better.I talked with Russell MOON told him what i wanted and what i had as far as down payment and trade in. he talked to there finacial manager Godfrey who got me a much better loan then i expected . i did my paper work , walked done to walmart to get some car care products when i returned my new car was tagged and ready to roll .Start to finish less then 2 hours 2010 mercedes thank you made my day. More

As a first time car buyer, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the process and would recommend requesting Moon as your sales rep when visiting. My only gripe in my overall experience was a lack of follow through by Fred who advised the car would have been detailed for me however once I picked it up the interior had not been touched. Unfortunate to end our acquaintance on such a sour note, however Moon's outstanding service outshined the negative in the end. More
