A Great Buying Experience! I was in the market looking to lease a new 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT. I wanted to get out of my old vehicle and into a brand new one for the first time. Mazd I was in the market looking to lease a new 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT. I wanted to get out of my old vehicle and into a brand new one for the first time. Mazda was on my list of vehicles that I wanted to test drive. IDE Mazda was right around the corner from where I work so I went to visit their dealership. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by friendly staff and introduced to Matt Fitzsimmons as my sales man. He was great to work with and obviously cares about you and would like to help in the best way that he can. Matt was great to work with along with Mike Reese and Robert Russotti the Finance team at IDE Mazda. So a little bit more about my experience. They had me test drive the new 2018 CX-5 GT. I took it for about a half hour and knew after that it was the one that I liked the best out of all the other brands that I test drove. Mind you I test drove five other brands with in two weeks time, so I knew what was going to be the best for me and my family. The CX-5 was it. As far as luxury goes my CX-5 is the Grand Touring Premium edition. It has everything you could want a vehicle to have. I would say that the new CX-5 rivals the more expensive brands that if they had the same options they would be in the 50 to 70 thousand dollar range, however the CX-5 is only in the mid 30's. I found that to be a selling point for me. Sure you could get one in the 20's with less options, but if you only have to go into the mid 30's to get a fully loaded luxury SUV then why wouldn't you? Especially if you are just leasing. Now back to the staff. Matt, Mike and Robert were all great. They went out of their way to get me the best deal possible with my trade in. They worked some numbers and some magic and were able to get me into my first new car for only a few dollars more then what I was paying on a used car that was 7 years old. I cant argue with that. I thought it was a fantastic deal. I was very pleased with everything and everyone at IDE Mazda. When I went in a few days later to sign the paperwork to finalize the deal and pick up my new 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT Premium in Eternal Blue they had it all shinned up looking great with a big blue and white bow on the hood. I have never had an experience like that before. I was blown away. Maybe this is normal for some people who get new cars every few years, but for someone like me that usually gets used cars this was a new experience and a great one at that. Even though I am a car person and know a lot about the technology in cars Matt took his time to go through the car in detail to make sure that I had an understanding of how everything works and to answer any questions that I might of had. Matt then signed me up for the Mazda VIP program, made my first oil change appointment, said congratulations, shook my hand and handed me the keys to my new car. Then I was on my way home to show the new car to my wife and daughter. Once home I showed thew the car for the first time and we went for a drive. My wife loved it just as much as me. I definitely picked the right car and the right dealership. My over all experience was great. I would really recommend dealing with Matt, Mike, and Robert at the IDE Mazda dealership. You guys should be proud of your customer service! More
