Amazing Experience from Start to Finish. I could not have been happier with my experience at IDE! I was passively looking at first on the site before I was contacted by Matt. He was thorough I could not have been happier with my experience at IDE! I was passively looking at first on the site before I was contacted by Matt. He was thorough and professional, with no pressure. By the end of the day I was at the dealership extremely excited about the new car I would be picking up later that week. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike, from Finance. The two worked together to get me an amazing deal which took me from passively looking to ecstatic in a quick turn of events. On the day I picked my car up the team also excelled, leaving me with an even better impression (certainly than I thought possible!). Matt and the team really are on the ball - they had my car ready, as well as all of the documents I needed and my car was waiting with a big ol' bow - certainly made me feel very special from the moment I walked in the door. I had bought my last Mazda from another local Mazda dealer; they sold a car, but not an experience - I'm very happy to say that I am no longer Mazda loyal, but happily IDE loyal - Matt, Mike, IDE Mazda - please don't change a thing, I couldn't be happier with my experience! IDE Mazda - Matt Fitszimmons, Mike, Marty, Glen and the rest IDE Mazda - What can you say? They are the #1 dealer. No one comes close. We just leased our 4th Mazda from them. Matt and crew were fantastic and no hi pressure sales. We had our car picked out in 15 minutes and the deal was done. No hassle, no "what do we need to do to buy the car today". IDE Mazda's customer service is outstanding. I have never walked out angry and never been sold something I never needed. Everyone there treats the customer #1. If your car has to stay overnight or longer they give you a free (yes I said free) loaner car to drive. Not very common these days. Matt has leased us the last 2 Mazda's to my wife and myself and Marty leased the previous 2 Mazdas to my wife and myself. I cannot see us going to any other dealer to purchase a car.
