ATTN: ALL WOMEN! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I contacted the service dept to get an estimate on a repair. The service agent was beyond pitiful. Not helpful at all BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I contacted the service dept to get an estimate on a repair. The service agent was beyond pitiful. Not helpful at all. He was barely audible, unfriendly, and basically not interested in assisting. He could care less if their shop got my business. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I don't know, but I will NEVER bother to consider using them again. I have had poor experiences there in the past and was hoping they could help me with a minor (headlight repair). He refused to engage in a way to move the discussion forward to determine if and/or when I could bring the car in. Instead of checking with his parts dept to see if the part was in stock and discuss next steps, he just transferred me away. He did not give a darn! Very rude for absolutely no reason. Maybe being female without proper auto lingo made him impatient with me when I told him my headlight on passenger side went out and I needed it replaced ticked him off. I don't know, but I certainly do not feel comfortable even stepping foot in their shop with those types of attitudes existing inside their establishment. This dealership is in my community, but once again, this behavior is the reason, I travel to Westminster or Beverly Hills for the servicing of my Infiniti. More
