I am writing to formally recognize the outstanding service I received from Dan at INFINITI Roseville during the recent engine replacement on my 2019 Q50. Major engine work is never something a customer wants to go through. It can easily become stressful, uncertain, and frustrating. In this case, it was the exact opposite — because of Dan. From start to finish, Dan demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. He kept me informed at every stage of the process, explained the technical details clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. He never rushed conversations, never dismissed questions, and treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved. Most importantly, he advocated for me. There were moving parts involving warranty coverage, updates to the long block and turbos, and ensuring the vehicle was returned fully sorted and properly handled. Dan made sure everything was addressed thoroughly. I never felt like “just another ticket.” I felt like a valued client. Because of him, what could have been a negative ownership experience turned into something that reinforced my confidence in both INFINITI and the Roseville service department.
