The service advisor did not disclose that they was a $250 diagnostic charge. The actenuator was failing in the rear driver's side passenger door. What diagnostics were required. I expressed my displeasure that it was not disclosed and left a message for the service manager to call me (which he never did). Instead the service advisor called me back and said he would waive the $250 fee. But still I was charged $1029 to replace a small door locking mechanism. Truly a gouge. Also my car had grease on the window and door. The dirty paper floor mat was also left in the car. More

I had been extremely upset with Infiniti Roseville after my last service, however Jairo renewed my trust in your dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I did have to be rescheduled with my first appointment due to 3 techs being out but Jairo took care of me with a loaner car on the ne whole process.
