I had blown turbos in my q50 as well as some other issues. Miguel in the service department got me set up with a loaner vehicle as soon as my repairs were approved, which was the same day. He was very transparent on the process and made me feel like I came to the right place. I just happened to walk past a mechanic whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, but he also let me know that my car would be back on the road in no time. They ended up finishing my repair 3 days sooner than predicted and my car is running better than when I first bought it (which I bought used). I would 100% recommend anyone having issues with their Infiniti to bring it to Infiniti of Roseville. Thanks again! More
