We called dealership the night before to verify that 3 models were on that specific lot. We arrived after 2+ hours drive to a sleepy unattentive salesman, Ahmad, whom we spoke to the night before. He explained then that 1 of the 3 vehicles was at a lot five minutes away and a porter would drive it over. 45 minutes LATER we were driving to their BMW lot. It took him several trips from that lobby to the car to get it out. We also confirmed the price before driving there. It was not accurate, they automatically add a clear protectant for paint and anti theft . Salesman also told us it had navigation. No, not on the vehicle and never acknowledged this lie either. More
