I was in with my 2016 infinit qx80 for a suspension problem on 6/14/2024 and was told by Kerri that I would be charged 220.00 to look at my vehicle and if I get the repair done the 220.00 would go to problem on 6/14/2024 and was told by Kerri that I would be charged 220.00 to look at my vehicle and if I get the repair done the 220.00 would go towards the repairs. That is not what happen. I got changed the 220.00 even through I got the repairs done. This is my first time at this dealer. I had a transmission installed at there nissan dealer and I got what I was promised with no issue I will be returning to this dealer and will be reporting to BBB. I don't mind paying just like to be treated fairly. More

The employees did a great job but I was not happy about the 3% surcharge on credit card payments. I think that any fee for credit card usage should be yours to pay as a cost of doing business and not pass the 3% surcharge on credit card payments.
