Worst experience ever This place is the absolute pits. I found them thru my credit union and since my credit union has some great rates I started looking for a car. I saw a used Lexus GS 300 that I wanted to buy and I applied through my credit union and they sent me a check for the purchase of the vehicle. I got an email from the Internet Manager saying the car was available and quoted me a price. Then I wanted to see the vehicle and was told it was not ready. No one called me back when the vehicle was ready so I had to keep calling. They told me the vehicle has some work being done but come by tomorrow it would be ready. Got there and could not find the vehicle, they said another salesman was "hiding " the vehicle for his customer. I then found out they had raised the price of the vehicle another thousand dollars, so I said I wanted the internet manager to call me and tell me why the price increased. He never called back and so I sent him an email with the price he quoted which was 14,500,, again no freaking response, Next I see the price lowered but still not at the price quoted, mind you the car had a tear in the seat and in the drivers side rug which was not going to be fixed by them however they told me for a few hundred dollars I could fix it . I keep all the ads where the price was different and their Internet manager did not have the guts to return my email. I know he reads his email because he answered an email from my friend about the same car, Shady Shady Shady. But Karma is a xxxxx, I got the same car with less miles and at the price these idiots quoted from another dealership. I took much pride in tearing up the check my credit union gave me to give to them. The only guy who seemed honest in this whole deal was Sam(i think that was his name) and I hope he leaves them and goes to a better dealership. This mouth of mine has a million friends and I will tell them all to not do business here or if they do , watch out!. More

Found my car I came to check out some vehicles I was interested in and was met by very knowledgeable employees. From the right price to getting me the Santa Fe Sport equipped the way I wanted from another dealer... Fame and Vince in sales and Albert and Richard in finance all worked to get me the deal I wanted. My car arrived the next morning exactly as promised. Fame even got my accessory roof rack cross bars installed on the car by the time I arrived to pick it up.
