Terrible Service From Sales People Confusion adds to the stress of a serious purchase of a new or used car. I had a purchase plan with a salesman over the phone. I felt leeches were fighting over my blood, but in this case it's their commission. Once all the papers are signed and they've gotten paid, a salesperson's words are just words. I never drove away with a car purchase, new or used, without an owners manual. I couldn't open the 2 cup holders but if I had an owners manual maybe I could. I was told that my front passengers side burnt out headlight would be replaced but never followed through just like the manual. Horrible communication and service. More
