The Dealer was losing money on the transaction 2.The CilaJet treatment: "you can wipe off any dirt" (I had to wash the car in the usual manner, as the dirt did not "wipe" off 3. A second key would be ordered for me: In the three weeks I have had the vehicle, I have gone back five times, and there was not second key made for me. (Sales claimed that a key was ordered, but Parts has no order on file) I went back today to the Parts Department with another Sales manager, and the key was ordered. The Parts manager said that there was no record of an order placed for a second key . (The reason that I repeat this, is that there was a failure by Sales to follow-up and find out that status or the order, even after I went back there four times to pick up the key!). I was told by Parts, that the key would take several days to re: I was told by Parts, that it would take a couple of days, plus a couple of hours to program the key to my car I apologize if this seems rather harsh, but it has been an extremely frustrating experience trying to get the truth from your staff.. In an attempt to put a positive 'spin': the car is truly an enjoyment to drive. I drove it to LA and back, and I enjoyed the drive immensely. More
