It's a well-run, well organized, clean service department. It's well stocked with bottled water and an excellent coffee machine. It's also wonderful that they are very dog friendly. Work was done on my car that I did not ask for. While Josh rectified this with a $20 credit on my account for future service, he did so reluctantly. I also presented a coupon for $15 off of my oil While Josh rectified this with a $20 credit on my account for future service, he did so reluctantly. I also presented a coupon for $15 off of my oil change. In spite of that and the adjustment of $20 for the tire rotation, I still paid $61.37. I do not think the coupon was applied. Had it been, my bill would have been more in line with what I have paid in the past. When I asked Josh about this, he said that he just adjusted the cost for parts by $15. I do not believe him, it seems like smoke and mirrors. I would have expected to see a line on my bill for a coupon reduction of $15, not a blind adjustment to parts. I will not deal with him again, but I will return to this dealership for service, as I have been very pleased with them and their work dating back to 2016. I would like someone from Palm Springs Hyundai to examine my bill and explain to me why I am wrong, but I just can't see it when I examine my previous bills for an oil change and filter replacement.
