I did not buy my Hyundai from this dealer and when I took it in for my first oil change, Josh made me feel welcome and explained more about all the benefits owning a Hyundai has, than did the dealer that I bought it from. On a scale of 1 to 10, Josh and this dealership gets a 26!!! The BEST. You will not be disappointed, for sure. We love our Hyundai Santa Fe. It is a great ride and such fantastic fuel economy. The amenities that come with it are perfect for our needs...but with all that said, it still comes down to people. and Josh Chaffin is the ambassador that represents the dealership...and they could not find a better one than Josh. The service was prompt and professional. Cindy, my service advisor, took care of everything. She even asked the mechanic to check my brakes to see if they needed service (they didn't).
