Palm Springs Hyundai is by far the best car dealership that we have dealt with in the desert. That includes Subaru, where we would stand in line and never be greeted. Unicars which has the most horrendo that we have dealt with in the desert. That includes Subaru, where we would stand in line and never be greeted. NEVER have I found one better than Hyundai of Palm Springs. The service representative, Josh Chaffin is the BEST I have ever worked with. The guy is friendly, efficient and thorough. I did not buy my Hyundai from this dealer and when I took it in for my first oil change, Josh made me feel welcome and explained more about all the benefits owning a Hyundai has, than did the dealer that I bought it from. On a scale of 1 to 10, Josh and this dealership gets a 26!!! The BEST. You will not be disappointed, for sure. We love our Hyundai Santa Fe. It is a great ride and such fantastic fuel economy. The amenities that come with it are perfect for our needs...but with all that said, it still comes down to people. and Josh Chaffin is the ambassador that represents the dealership...and they could not find a better one than Josh. The service was prompt and professional. Cindy, my service advisor, took care of everything. She even asked the mechanic to check my brakes to see if they needed service (they didn't). I had a coupon for an in-cabin air filter, which I appreciated. The service for the air filter and tire rotation was reasonably priced and the wait was also reasonable. Additionally, Hyundai gave me a free car wash. I couldn't be more pleased. Above all, I trust Hyundai of Palm Springs to keep my car in great shape. More
