Our 12 year old Kia Sorento was in the shop with a very bad and expensive diagnosis for repair. So, we were seriously thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. It was over the July 4th holiday, and so there were some exceptional deals for the weekend. We honestly only intended to look at Hyundai's, and maybe test drive something, since we had never purchased one before. Long story short, we left that night in a new 2016 Elantra. The deal they offered us was to good to walk away from. Doug H. was our salesman, and he was awesome! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, especially considering that we were not even expecting to buy a car that same day. And the warranty that Hyundai offers is a game changer. It is far too valuable an incentive to pass up. More

Doug H. gave us several options, mindful of our price range, and even gave us a printout of the best estimate he could offer so we could consider it while shopping around. (By the by, we did not receive very good service at the one other dealership we tried.) So we returned to Doug, and once we chose a car he explained the various payment and lease methods available. The entire time he helped us he never pressured us to go any particular route and was very easygoing and very helpful. Fantastic experience thanks to Doug. More
