Once you get to the counter to pay, you are just a nuisance to them. They "forget" to wash the car even when specified and reminded. They move your seat, but never put it back. Tell u go wander the lot & find it yourself! Don't explain work done. That's Huge! Don't want to have a conversation - Ever! Absolutely gone downhill on service. Plus, they want to charge fees for credit and use, abd even put up a sign suggesting it's "discounted" - a discounted fee?!?! DISGUSTING. Only a 2 because society in general has become such xxxxe that other places actually curse at you and say how worthless u are, so... by comparison to that nightmare.. I guess. BUT IT'S REALLY NOT EVEN CLOSE TO OKAY. Maybe if u enjoy feeling like a vulnerable woman in a medieval tavern full of bandits?? In a non-fun way. More
