Sorry to say but everyone in maintenance department looks miserable. No one smiles-no one greets you when you walk in the door. Rick the greeter outside is personable and always smiling . Reliable service. I had called in the morning to explain that my car needed to be towed because it would not start prior to coming in so they could expect me to make i I had called in the morning to explain that my car needed to be towed because it would not start prior to coming in so they could expect me to make it there at some point that day. Prior to that had Honda roadside confirm what the issue that was going on and to give me a boost. They placed an appointment in for me in that same day. As soon as my vehicle was able to make it to service they were sure to advise me they would get me in and try their best to have a battery replaced with sufficient time! More
