Salesman was very pushy and conniving. Path told me one price, shook my hand and proceeded to swipe $1,000 off of my credit card. He said we were set. The financial advisor told me the price was going to go up over $100! On top of the fact that I was told which car I needed to take. Initially I was told I could pick from a variety of colors but then path told me (midway through the paperwork) that I had to take the one on the floor- apparently I had no choice. Needless to say it was a waste if time and a terrible experience. I did not get a car from there.. I went to Hyundai, got treated 100% better and got a car there (for a much better price). More

Download Payment - 5000 -5000 Finance Amount - 16735.08 Total Sale with out down payment -$ 21735.08 ************************** They told your credit report not up to mark, we are planning go for Honda Finance loan (3.9%) for that you have package warranty - that will @ 2400 after bargain Agree to pay and expected final amount will be = 16735.08 + 2400 + Tax of warranty= 19287.48 (Including tax of the total with Warranty Package) But Itemization bill completely different,didn't observed while signing the final document and trusted fully and never realized will be different amount figure in final bill. *** SUPRIRSED BILL Amount Charged ***** 1. Cost of the Car 20000 2. Document Fee 395 3. Package Warranty- 2400 (Actual worth of Warranty Package Cost is 795 as per Bill - mentioned you are getting @2400 value of package ) 3. Tax (6.35) 1597 Total Amount Sale Amt - 25632 Down Payment -5000 Finance Amount went for loan - 20632$ It suppose to 16735.08 + 2400 + Tax of warranty= 19287.48 (Including tax of the total with Warranty Package) . Here Issue is, they charged extra $ 1344.52 and not worth of $2400 Warranty package, as per Bill it is mentioned as $ 795 is the cost of extended warranty. Tried to reach Honda Customer service phone numbers - which was mentioned in the Itemization bill not in services. Leased a 2013 CR-V. Frank Yu gave me a deal so good that I didn't have to shop around. I dropped into his showroom at 3:00 PM on a Monday afternoon and Frank had me driving home that evening, even though th I didn't have to shop around. I finalized my agreement with the business manager, a friendly gentleman named Al, quickly with no pressure. He asked me politely if I wanted anything additional and when I said no he didn't try to pressure me into anything. So long as Honda keeps making great, affordable cars, I will continue to get them through Staten Island Honda. An outstanding buying experience! More

I've had the worst experience of customer service at this place. They weren't just rude but also such a rob of.. I wanted to trade in my Toyota with a Honda, so I started shopping around. My father went to this place a week before to get prices on the car that I like. The salesperson gave him an offer and wrote it down on the paper. My father told him that he would bring the Toyota next week if he decides to buy it from them. Shook hands. When went back to the dealership it was 11:30. It literally took them an hour to come by and help us out.. I would understand maybe they were busy but this week he came out with a magic price that was not given to us in the first place and my father showed him the paper, he had nerves to raise his voice and say "this is what I can do and if you want take it".. Obviously has no manners!!! I'm not buying fruits from the grocery store I'm actually paying 25,000 at the end. The same day we went to Bayridge Honda, we didn't even wait for 5 min. They were so polite, friendly and gave us fair price.. We bought the car same day and I was very satisfied at BAYRIDGE HONDA!!!!! More
THINK TWICE! Before you deal with this place. The SERVICE dept are a bunch of crooks! Recently by a chance of fate had to have my other (older) Honda towed to SI Honda service. Worst possible experience – dept are a bunch of crooks! Recently by a chance of fate had to have my other (older) Honda towed to SI Honda service. Worst possible experience – they fixed problem of vehicle stalling. But my vehicle wound up with 3 other problems which were caused by poor workmanship of mechanics working in this place. Dealing with this place now to get these problems fixed it’s like pulling teeth – they are giving me the run around and are trying to avoid fixing these new problems which were caused by them. Dealing with sales advisors and service managers and service director is not a pleasant experience. If you have to deal with them, then at least do yourself a favor and pay with Credit Card!!! -so that you could at least dispute the charge when you find that the parts were not replaced, other parts that were replaced were not necessary to be replaced etc… More
Be advised once you purchase a vehicle you are of no use to them anymore and they make it obvious with rude staff and complete disregard to defective parts on a brand new vehicle. Interesting since I'm still paying for a free oil change in my bill every month that isn't so free anymore. Will be seeking legal action More
After a long day visiting dealerships in Brooklyn, I decided to give Staten Island a try. I went in with extremely literal, and to the detail requests. He worked with my budget to find what I could afford, and fully understood the qualities I was not willing to compromise on. He was realistic, and worked every angle to ensure I walked out with a car I was more than satisfied with. Anthony demonstrated that my sale was important to him, and it is for this reason I would highly recommend him and Staten Island Honda to friends and family. I received the best deal of 3 Honda dealerships with him, and he worked in an extremely timely manner to have the process and my car ready to drive in less than an hour. In my 8 years of driving, this is totally unprecedented. I thank Anthony for making this an effortless process for me. Staten Island is lucky to have an individual like this available to them in such a time of need. More
