Mr.Raucci gave me a step by step demonstration on the entire features of my car. I am extremely pleased and happy with purchasing the Honda Civic EX. We were on our way to staten island honda to attend the appointment we made yesterday. We went there with an appointment to drive a certain car with a salesman named Chris. Another salesman comes out and s appointment we made yesterday. We went there with an appointment to drive a certain car with a salesman named Chris. Another salesman comes out and says he left for the day. Ok? No big deal. So we asked if we can take the test drive with him instead. He says, we do not have a car like the one we asked for over the phone, in stock to drive. Meanwhile, Chris over the phone says everything is good to go and to come by. We come there and nobody had a clue that we had a test drive today. How would you sell a particular car if you do not have it to show? No wonder they are down on the list in terms of rating. I called Bayridge Honda literally right after we left and the manager even threw me some ballpark numbers to get my attention. He says he has a few in stock, and to come by tomorrow to check out the car. No issues, no problem, nothing. Looks like we know whos getting my business, and DEFINENTLY not Staten island honda. One of the worst dealerships in the tri state area if you ask me. More
