Fantastic experience !! I live in Brooklyn, NY and this will be my third time returning to Staten Island Honda. I am glad to see that my salesperson, Anthony Raucci is still I live in Brooklyn, NY and this will be my third time returning to Staten Island Honda. I am glad to see that my salesperson, Anthony Raucci is still there and has been promoted to manager. He has ALWAYS been there from start to finish. I have had nothing but an excellent experience every time. I truly don't understand why certain people write negative reviews for this dealership since my experience has always been stellar. These are true professionals who are knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. Kudos to Staten Island Honda. I will continue to give them my business !! More

Go somewhere else I went to have my water pump and timing belt replaced, two days later my alternator and battery died. The manager said it was a coincidence. Everything cost me $2850 for a 2002 Odyssey. I noticed in the past whenever I had service there something would always go wrong a few weeks afterwards. Even when I'd go for an oil change, they'd always find something that needed fixing. The last few times I went back was only for an air bag recall. I just don't trust this place, was always skeptical, but this is the final straw. My advice to anyone who reads this, avoid this place like the plague. More
