Not happy with service at all. I took my 2026 Passport there for service, kept hearing knocking underneath the passport. First appointment I sat and waited to have service done. Driving home heard the noise again, brought it back the next day and they did a test drive with me, first day and second day, second day while speaking with the service manager Jeff, he decided to call the mechanic who worked on it the day before. I hear the mechanic telling Jeff, I'm not doing this again with him, meaning me, whatever that meant, I was really annoyed to hear that from a Honda mechanic. What a disgrace for a mechanic to speak about me in this manner, when I did everything, I was supposed to do, this time they said it was the stabilizer link contributing to the noise. It was replaced. Jeff was very kind to me; he set me up with a loaner car and Elliot the service advisor was really very helpful throughout is ordeal. I left a message and wrote to Teddy Maldonado, still haven't heard from him. I'm guessing customer loyalty and good customer service means nothing. I'm very disappointed with Honda of Staten Island.
