Our experience with Sarasota Honda was bizarre and disturbing. The only bright side was Luke. He was kind and understanding and helpful and that's where it ends. Work was done on our vehicle and I don't even know what they did. The bill shows what was done but I feel nothing different on the car. And I asked for the undercarriage of the car to be dealt with since the guard was ripped off. They didn't even remove the tape that's now still hanging down from where I had to tape it up. Was it that difficult to just take the tape off while it was up on the lift? Then, I was randomly called by someone wanting me to trade in my car for a new one. I had no intention, and still no intention of turning in my vehicle. I pile the miles on for my job and we still owe a lot on it. I had a couple of different sales reps call me and talk to me. The last one was the straw that broke the camels back. He suggested that I could get into an accident and have the car totaled so I could get rid of it or I could voluntarily surrender it. Are you kidding me? I'm not even looking to sell it! I like my car. I'm keeping it. I will NEVER come back to this store. Disgusting people you have working for you. More
Went to the dealership on Thursday looking for a red Civic. I was told it was available in a different lot and they would have it delivered to the dealership within an hour. Two hours later still no car Civic. I was told it was available in a different lot and they would have it delivered to the dealership within an hour. Two hours later still no car. I left and was advised it would be there first thing in the morning. I said I’d be basic at 10:00am. Arrived next morning, no car but “it would better by noon”. At noon, no car. They gave me a courtesy car and said they would drive my new car to my house later that day. Courtesy car had less than 1/4 tank of gas. 6:00pm I called and the car was there but needed tinting. The one person who does tinting wouldn’t be in until Monday. Car delivered after 4:00pm on Monday. I like the car. It was the way I was constantly misled and not treated as a valued customer that made for a poor car buying experience More
