Excellent service From the moment I was introduced to Jack Hodges, I felt that this was salesperson who truly wanted me to be a satisfied customer. He explained everything about the car in which I was interested and the difference between it and other models (both Honda and competitors). He showed an interest in making sure I was making the right choice and made himself available to answer questions or concerns. When we were reasonably sure that this was the car we wanted, he said he would make the deal happen...and he did! By the way, I have found that service is a sorely lacking part of all sales today and one of the reasons we purchased the CRV (over a Toyota) was because of Jack's attention to us, especially compared to the other salesperson. ~Binyomin Field More
