Friendly service, knowledgeable sales staff When first going to the dealership, the first person I encountered was DJ Rickels. He was extremely friendly and asked what I was looking for. I was unsure with what I wanted but he asked me a few questions and he pointed my towards the new Honda Civic Hatchback. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different models, but told me that if he was picking a car right now, that the Honda Civic Hatchback would be at the top of his list. I looked at a few different models, and after test driving, the Honda Civic Hatchback was the right one for me. DJ had picked out the perfect car for me as soon as I arrived. I have had my car for a week now, and DJ truly suggested the right car for my lifestyle. DJ then took me to meet with Matt Proutt, because I was unsure weather I wanted to buy or lease the car. He also was very knowledgeable and sat down with me to help me make my decision. Mike was the salesman that helped me with all the paperwork. He was very helpful and patient for me with being a first time car-buyer. He was very friendly and easy to talk to which was very helpful. Leendert Pijpers assisted me with the financing, breaking down all the numbers step by step with me, Being a first time car-buyer, I was nervous about this part, but Leendert was very helpful and put all my worries at ease. After I decided on my car, Ben helped sync my phone to the car and explained all the technology to me. I had no idea about all the things my car could do so I am very grateful that he was there to show me all the fun stuff before I left. Everyone I worked with was so helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured and I truly feel like I made the right decision. I was very happy with my first car buying experience and would highly recommend this team when purchasing a car.
