Had an 1130a appt for an oil change. After an hour and 45 min, I checked in with my advisor via the text option. No response. At 2 hours I sent another. No response. Was told it would be another 30 minutes for paperwork? This is the second time an oil change has taken over 90 minutes. Over two hours is actually crazy. I won't give it another chance unless I have to. More
Arrived on time for my 10am appointment walked up to the desk, greeted the representative who ignored me and kept his head held down, looking through a stack of papers. Another customer walks up about 3 mins later and he suddenly becomes attentive and when called out for that, proceeded to say he did not realize I was standing there. Felt like discrimination. Wait time was 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. They recommended cabin filter changes as well. While I got a new rep to complete the process, it was a bad first time experience as a new customer from out of state. More
