Matt & Billy gave us a great price on a New 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L. To make it even better they gave us a great offer on our trade. Any questions we had Billy was able to answer and he said if we h Honda Pilot EX-L. To make it even better they gave us a great offer on our trade. Any questions we had Billy was able to answer and he said if we had any future questions to call him. We all quickly agreed on a great price and didn't take long at all to get all the paper work done. Then we went over and talked to Dawn about any accessories we might want to add on. We got a great price on a remote start which someone will come out and install at my wife's work place. By the time we had decided which accessories we wanted they were ready for us in the finance office. Renee had everything loaded up for us and we were done signing all our paperwork in no time. The whole process was smooth and painless. Throughout the whole process there was no pressure to get anything we didn't want. The team over at Northwest Honda is clearly the best around town. When Im ready for a new vehicle there is no question in my mind that I will return to Northwest Honda. More
I had my two cars (accord 2001 v6 and 2011 accord sedan) serviced on 01/06/2013. Accord 2011@ On my new car I scheduled for a 20,000k regular maintenance and had reported an issue like RPM on the car was serviced on 01/06/2013. Accord 2011@ On my new car I scheduled for a 20,000k regular maintenance and had reported an issue like RPM on the car was sticking at one point (2) while coming down the ramp or inclined surface. But, after the service a representative calls me an says they were unable to replicate the issue, next day I had the same issue. God knows what service they have done. When I went to pick the car they were many scratches on the new car hood. When I asked the representative Mr. X, he said they don't have any equipment that would cause any scratches. The car was water washed and they were using the hard brush without any foam on the car. When I told that Mr. X, says the car was not water serviced bcoz of the weather. Accord 2001@ On my old car I schedule for a regular oil change. They came up with list, stating my car had broken mounts this that. But, I got my front mount replaced last year which I brought from the same dealer in may 2011. The tough part is when I drove back my 2001 car back and parked . The next following day it doesn't even start. It may be my cars problem bcoz of the age. But they should have noted this issue instead of the above ones. I don't know what to do next. But, frds beware of the car dealers and the services. More

I thought I had bought a Honda Certified Vehicle (at least that's what they said I bought). But now I'm having issues with the vehicle and no ne at Northwest Honda will address them. When speaking with least that's what they said I bought). But now I'm having issues with the vehicle and no ne at Northwest Honda will address them. When speaking with the used sale manager, his excuse was we can't inspect everything. I told my father about this who co-signed for me and when he attempted to contact Northwest Honda it got worst. He attempted to contacted the used car manager on 4 separate occasions with no response. He leave messages with his sales staff and on his voicemail. The GM refers us to the used car manager. So the next logical step is to try and speak with the owner Josh Drieban. Good luck with that, all they do is put you throught to his voicemail which is always full. Northwest Honda service sucks to say the least, nobody wants to own up to there responsiblities. Hope this gets there attention and someone calls me because the next step is my attorney from Alperstein and Diener. More
My experience at Northwest Honda was very pleasant. I was actually just out looking with no intention of buying. It was a cold day and I was just walking around the lot looking when Branden came out to assist. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was also patient. He didn't rush me, and answered all my questions. The whole process was easy, Renee Tyree handled the finance part and explained everything so that I could understand it. I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional. My next car will definitely be with NW Honda. More
My husband and I had a marvelous experience at NW Honda when buying our 2012 Honda Odyssey this past Friday. Our sales man Braden was respectful, intelligent, and thorough. Our finance manager Lane was i when buying our 2012 Honda Odyssey this past Friday. Our sales man Braden was respectful, intelligent, and thorough. Our finance manager Lane was irreverent, clear, and helpful. We walked away with our new minivan very happy. We bought our prior minivan from NW Honda and got it serviced there over the 7 years. I think that we are now customers of NW Honda for life. We found the overall experience to be positive, professional and relatively easy. The next day I realized that I had left some cds in the former minivan and I called Braden and apologized for bothering him. He said "Not a bother, you're family." That is a wonderful statement the day after a sale. More
The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process took less than 1 hour and Robert Pullo was outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Buying a car, any car, from virtually any dealer is a HASSLE. My biggest beef - the length of time that it takes to complete the deal. Once the purchase vehicle has been decided upon it should NOT take 3 HASSLE. My biggest beef - the length of time that it takes to complete the deal. Once the purchase vehicle has been decided upon it should NOT take 3-5 add'l hours to consummate the squeal, uh, i mean deal.I have a LIFE! Uggh! I have bought 2 homes in my lifetime - and I'm hoping to purchase more; neither of my home buys required as much of my VALUABLE time as purchasing a car. Ok, so I'm a peon, and I don't mean that in police code parlance (5150) - 'crazy person on the loose'. But, surely the industry can figure out a better way... When former astronaut Frank Borman was CEO of Eastern Airlines 1975 - 86 one of his favorite dictums to his employees was:"keeping a Customer on hold is No Way to hold a customer". (ok, so they were absorbed by a larger airline anyway, but you get the point). The folk at Northwest treated me fine. NO PROBLEM WITH THEM AT ALL! Like I said, itz the time factor that drives me batty. All in all the experience was a GOOD ONE. I have purchased at least 10+ vehicles in my lifetime and this experience was one of the better encounters. We just need to figure out a BETTER WAY to "do the deal" and shorten the amount of time that the Customer has to spend in the dealership. Lastly, when Big Blue, IBM, thought that they had the market cornered, an upshot,mop-haired, college dropout and his best friend decided to take 'em on (circa 1979). Everyone thought they were insane. That insanity, that belief that the electronic-digital world as we knew it then, could be reshaped into something better produced a revolution in technology that reverberates around the globe, still, to this day. Those inane insanes. William H. Gates, Jr. and Richard Allen saw things differently; they changed and entire industry and then changed the world. Hope I haven't kept you too long. Thank you. More
