I have never been treated nicely on any interaction with the service team. I love the salesman from this dealership and I really hope he moves to another Honda dealership so I can buy another car from him. The finance manager, Leenderg, was very busy with other customers yet made special effort to assure me I was not forgotten emerging from his office more than once to provide status updates and even coffee. Once in his office, the paperwork was waiting only for my signature. Professional to the “t”, and in today’s world, this kind of service is “unheard of”.
