If you are looking to buy a used Honda please go see Mike Scandora at Northwest Honda, you will be glad you did. He was professional, courteous, understanding, accommodating and very patient. Without knowing mike we scheduled an appointment three days in advance to see a FIT that we found on the dealers web site with plans to see several other FIT's in other dealers the same day. We (the wife and two kids) arrived for our appointment, Mike was waiting for us, we introduced each other (the professional & courteous part) and shortly after went for a15 min. test drive around the city. The car was awesome although I had some concerns which we were able to work thru. (the understanding part). After some discussion and ultimately agreeing on the price (again understanding and the accommodating part) he started all the paper work, etc. and then we asked if we could leave for a short while to have some lunch, (the very patient part) he recommended some places. We came back from lunch, signed documents wrapped up all the paper work, finance etc. took the keys to our new FIT and went on our merry way. The experience at Northwest was low stress and without pressure. It was an excellent environment to shop for a car. For us there was no need to see any other dealer. Thanks again Mike. More
I recently bought a certified pre-owned Honda Civic Si from Todd Keefer and Billy Collins at Northwest Honda and I couldn't be happier about the whole experience with those guys and the rest of the member from Todd Keefer and Billy Collins at Northwest Honda and I couldn't be happier about the whole experience with those guys and the rest of the members on their team! I missed the turn into the pre-owned lot for Northwest Honda when we arrived so since I had to make a U-turn anyway I decided to go to the new car lot and see if they could tell me where the car or my salesperson was and what ensued next was a very disappointing display of customer service from just about everyone on the new car side! I told a group of employees(who were busy flirting with an attractive female co-worker) who I was supposed to be there to see and they prompted me that she had gotten off early and then went right back to flirting with the female co-worker and then promptly disappeared. I was unsure if they were going to get someone else to help me so I waited patiently for about 15-20 minutes to see if anyone would come back. No one came back and I confronted someone at a desk in the sales area and he had no clue what I was doing asking him for help and was not super excited to help me out but he reluctantly did anyway and after what seemed like forever I got someone to tell me where I needed to be and we walked across the street to the pre-owned place where I finally met up with my salesman Todd Keefer. I was so relieved when I finally got going toward picking this car up that I had inquired about over the internet and Todd was super friendly and eager to help me out! We drove the car and it was exactly what I wanted and when we got back to the lot we started the paperwork right away. Now because of all the time wasted on the other side it was now very close to their closing time and we still had a lot of paperwork to finalize and all these guys stayed late and did what they had to do to help me out, the finance manager Robert even making himself late to pick up his child after work which I thought was more then magnificent! Overall Billy and Todd and their team at the pre-owned side went above and beyond to give me the service I felt every customer should get and I can't thank those guys enough for everything and that's why they earned high ratings with me!!!!! I would recommend Billy and Todd and the whole staff at Northwest Honda Pre-owned sales to anyone looking for a great Honda and equally great sales staff!!!! More

Lamont Sheppard is a very professional experienced sales person and extremely calm throughout the new car transaction purchase and did everything he could to help me understand what I did not .He was not pu person and extremely calm throughout the new car transaction purchase and did everything he could to help me understand what I did not .He was not pushy at all and gave me time to think. He answered all questions. He was extremely calm when a problem did arise about my request to have a couple of car washes monthly in contract form as to have it go smoothly for me as I would need them. I would surely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda motor car. More
Ms. Foster appeared quite friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. She tried her best to get me in and out of the dealer in the time frame that I wanted. The Finance man (can't remember his name) was great! He explained how my money would be spent in detail he gave me close to a great APR which was my main focus and he was very pleasant and made my overall experience dealing with the finances bearable. My experience with Larry and the people he work with was a great experience. I came in needing a vehicle and he worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. Larry and the other workers at Honda even a great experience. I came in needing a vehicle and he worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. Larry and the other workers at Honda even helped me get acclamated to driving a stick shift!!! This was a great experience because he was patient, understanding and he never snapped at me once, even when I called him several times. I will continue to work with Larry in the future when I am ready for another vehicle and I will always send my people to see him. Working him was the stress free and the best experience that I have ever had with purchasing a car..and they took my trade in and gave me money towards my down payment.! We looked at the two Accords of interest and decided to make a offer. We sat down with the sales rep and I gave him a offer . I emphasized that this would be the total amount I would pay for the vehicle. The sales rep does his thing and goes into the managers office. The manager returns and relays to us that he would not be able to give this price. I get up from my seat and thank him , shake his hand. After about 5 steps the General manager starts to yell (Several times ) at me and tell me I was rude. As I continue to walk out the door his banter continues. We reach our car and leave the dealership. Before I exited the show room I told him his behavior was immature and maybe he was to sensitive to be in the business. Really is this acceptable ? It must be nice to be selling so many cars that you can treat customers like this. Kurt More
I bought a (slightly) used 2011 Honda Civic from this dealership this past weekend. I feel that everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and informative and the people who were involved with my s dealership this past weekend. I feel that everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and informative and the people who were involved with my sale were very communicative and explained what was happening. I don't feel that I was taken advantage of, although I was with a family member to prevent that from happening. ;-) I would recommend this dealership. More
