Bird was awesome. He was able to tell me exactly what I need and what I do not need so that I can save money. Watch out for some other overly aggressive salesmen and finance managers (which is true for any need and what I do not need so that I can save money. Note of advice: after you pick a vehicle, go to edmunds.com and shop around for a "Price Promise" offers. Get the price promise, print it out and bring it with you to a dealership. Avoid being sucked into post-sales warranties and feature installations sales (unless you really need it.) More

Cindy Brown is a nightmare. From her constantly frowned up face to the disrespectful way she addresses customers, I'm shocked she still has a job. I have had to interact with her three times and each time up face to the disrespectful way she addresses customers, I'm shocked she still has a job. I have had to interact with her three times and each time she dampens what was otherwise a great car buying experience. It's disappointing to have so many people working hard to ensure that a customer is happy and to have one person bring a whole team down. I can at least give her credit for consistency.
